What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in the watch movement and/or internal components, subject to inspection.

Functional defects that arise under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period.

Repair or replacement of an eligible defective component at ZAVOURÉ's discretion.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Scratches, dents, cosmetic wear, discoloration or normal ageing caused by use.

Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, negligence, improper handling or unauthorized modification.

Damage caused by water exposure where the model is not rated for such exposure or where the crown/buttons were not secured.

Damage to straps, bracelets, clasps, crystals or other external parts caused by normal wear and tear unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Battery depletion in quartz watches.

Damage caused by repairs, servicing or modifications performed by unauthorized persons.

Loss or theft of the watch.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide your order number or proof of purchase, model name and a description of the issue.

Provide photographs/videos if requested for initial assessment.

If required, send the watch to the service address communicated by ZAVOURÉ.

After inspection, ZAVOURÉ will determine whether the issue is covered and the appropriate remedy.
Warranty decisions are subject to technical inspection. Where a defect is covered, ZAVOURÉ may repair the watch, replace a component, or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
